How can I get to Kamchatka ? If you are already in Russia, we have direct flights to Petropavlovsk form the major Russian cities such as Moscow, Petersburg, Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Magadan, Novosibirsk and so on.  Do you have any age limits for the tours you offer? No. To buy a tour, you have to send us the e-mail, informing us what kind of tour you are interested in. We`ll work on your request and reply you in 24 hours. The money I budget for my trip is limited, can I ask for a lower price? The price on any tour is negotiable. Yes. If you want to come a bit earlier or stay a bit longer then other members of your group, please inform us in advance and we`ll be glad to help you. Can I plan a tour myself and order it? Yes. If you are interested in any kind of specially organized tours (for yourself, your family, friends or your club) we`ll do our best to fulfill your request. Can I order a tour which is not mentioned in your tour list? Yes. We can create according you request almost any tour around Kamchatka. Does it happen that you change the tour schedule? We keep to a tour schedule, but some changes are possible. The tour schedule might be changed because of weather conditions or any other reasons which we can not control. We work with groups and individuals. If there is a group we`ll inform you about the possibility to join them. If you want to travel alone you are also welcome. Can I come earlier then the other travelers of the same group ? Yes. We`ll be glad to meet you at the airport and organize any short trips and excursions before the main group arrival. All tours do not require any special training. What kind of food do you offer? Professional cook works with every group of clients. All our travelers are provided with hot meal three times a day. Snack food is provided when necessary. If you keep to a diet or require any special cuisine, please inform us in advance. Our cooks`ll keep to your request. In city part of the tours, our guests live in the hotels (dbl and sngl) rooms. Depending on tour our travelers stay in the hotels, resorts, travel cabins or tents. Yes. We take care of our clients from the very first moment they are on Kamchatka (the airport).

Besides your own insurance we provide every our client with additional one (it is included in tour price). All our guides are equipped with satellite phones, armed, + we use dogs on every trip. You can buy souvenirs, local art works, wood carving, books and video about Kamchatka, fur and so on. Yes, you can use credit cards on Kamchatka to pay for some service and to get cash. What do I have to take with me? You will need personal items, proper clothes, camera.
